    One of the first things I noticed and really appreciated was the hospitality of the security guard. He welcomed us warmly and was very helpful, which made our arrival feel comfortable and not awkward at all. Kudos to him! I also really liked the overall vibe of the resort. The nature-filled surroundings give it a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which is perfect if you’re looking to unwind. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable. One small suggestion would be to add a clothes rack or something similar where guests can hang their towels and clothes. The pool was a bit disappointing, though. We were hoping to swim at night since they said the pool is open until 9 PM, but the pool area was very dark and there was no pool lighting. The pool was also not operating at the time, and there were quite a lot of leaves floating in the water. It would be great if the pool could be better maintained and properly lit, especially if it's advertised as being available until 9 PM. The breakfast was also quite basic. The serving size was just enough, but there wasn't anything particularly special about the meal. Even simple additions like vinegar or some sauce would have made it more enjoyable. The coffee was 3-in-1, which is fine, but I think there could be room for improvement in the breakfast experience. Also, there was no hot shower in our room. The air conditioner was quite noisy and didn't cool the room very much, although thankfully there was a wall fan that helped. Overall, we still enjoyed the peaceful and natural atmosphere of Pook ni Urduja. There are definitely some areas that could be improved, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and relaxing environment were the highlights of our stay.
