The property looked nothing like the photos on Agoda and was nowhere near what we expected. We arrived expecting a lively resort, or at the very least a properly maintained property with lights on and someone to welcome guests. Instead, when we entered the gate, the entire place was dark and deserted. There was no guard, no caretaker, no reception staff—absolutely no one. It honestly felt more like an abandoned property than a functioning resort. There was no sign of activity anywhere. The bar was closed, the pool area was dark, and even the buildings where the guest rooms were supposedly located had no lights on. The atmosphere was unsettling, and we immediately felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Because of this, we decided not to proceed with our booking. As we were already leaving and had reached the gate, an elderly woman suddenly came rushing toward us to stop us. What made the situation even stranger was that she seemed to appear out of nowhere, and only after seeing us leave did she begin turning on the lights around the property. This gave us the impression that there had been no staff or customers present and that we were the only people there the entire time. The whole experience felt very suspicious and completely different from what was advertised online. The photos create the impression of a welcoming and well-maintained resort, but what we encountered was the exact opposite. We chose not to stay because we did not feel safe. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to be cautious before booking this property.
