Pink Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel is officially my absolute go-to hotel whenever I’m in Saigon. The location is unbeatable, you are within walking distance to Ben Thanh Market, fantastic local street food, lively cafes, and all the main city spots. What really sets this hotel apart is its warmth and outstanding customer service. I want to give a special mention to Nick, who completely saved the day by accommodating my stay at the absolute last minute. Not only did she make the check-in process seamless and stress-free, but she also generously upgraded my room! The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable after a long day of exploring. If you are looking for top-tier hospitality, unbeatable convenience, and staff who genuinely care about their guests, look no further. Thanks again to Nick and the team for another amazing stay. I'll definitely be back!

Back again for another stay from the 27th to the 30th! Pink Boutique Ben Thanh Hotel remains my main spot in Saigon because the location is ideal and the staff really look after returning guests. I landed earlier than planned, but they kindly hooked me up with an early check-in, which was a life saver. On top of that, they surprised me with a room upgrade again—always love the extra space! A quick note for management to make things even better next time: the room walls could use a bit of a detailed wipe-down/cleaning, and the breakfast selection could definitely be improved with a few more options and fresher items. Overall, still a fantastic stay with top-tier convenience and service. I'll definitely be back!

Review event though less than some hotels but is more livable than others. Must avoid those hotels that rent out on the hourly basis.
