    Svelte location... easy check in. YOU SHOULD contact them via email or what's app to forward your passport copy and then they will send you all necessary info and passwords. Inter clean facilities and will stocked. Great wifi. The only issue is that the common area is veeeeery tiny so if you are a digital nomad and expect to do some work done, it may be challenging. But all the guests during my stay were great and very understanding... great stay overall so I highly recommend Pine.

    The person I spoke to on WhatsApp promised that I would be assigned a lower bunk. They also told me I was the first person to book the room and provided me with the room number and access codes. However, when I arrived, the lower bunk was already occupied. I also tried to open the locker assigned to me using the code they had provided, but it kept showing an error. When I contacted them on WhatsApp again, they informed me that another guest had extended their stay, so my bed and locker had been changed without notifying me beforehand. After traveling for many hours, this was a very frustrating way to start my stay. I explained that I have back pain, which is why I specifically requested a lower bunk in the first place. Despite this, I was the one expected to adjust because another guest extended their stay. After a few days, Lower Bed No. 2 became vacant, so I asked if I could move to that bed. The owner refused, saying it had already been reserved for another guest who had not yet arrived. This left me confused. If you were willing to reserve a lower bunk for someone who hadn't checked in yet, why couldn't you do the same for me when I was already staying there and had explained my medical reason for requesting a lower bunk? Overall, I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the lack of communication and consistency made the experience frustrating. VERY RACIST! So if you are not a chinese dont you dare book here!
