    Only contact to the onwer via message, was responded but the people run the business up front, some were nice , some were not, coz not totally their business. The room didn’t look nice and new like the pictures, we got welcomed by cockroaches, and water the supplies in the refill bottle?!? Good location but im sorry , would never come back.

    been to Saigon twice and this is where I stayed on both visits, very homey feels and its near to the tourists areas in the city

    Loved this place! Comfiest bed I've slept in in months and the best shower! The room is so spacious and clean and has everything you need Host is lovely and very responsive and gave clear instructors for check in and check out We even decided to stay another day which was super easy to arrange with them The restaurant downstairs is also really nice and good price with super nice family

    The room condition was not fit to be listed on agoda since the moisture and humidity smell very strong. It was asked to pay an extra (300k) for a larger and decent room just for one night before looking for another place, elsewhere 🤣 (the homestay is full)
