The location is great. But please fix your elevator, I don’t like to go back again due to elevator. The room is too small and no window. I struggled with our luggages. But if you want budget accomodation with great location, this place is already okay.

Very comfortable accommodation in an excellent central location, close to malls, MTR stations, and many other attractions. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. A couple of minor points: the housekeeping could do a better job cleaning under the bed, and the shower water occasionally turns cold even after leaving the hot water switch on for more than 10 minutes. These are small issues that don’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

It is quite new, it is more like an air bnb, however The pillow and co was go beyond my expectation in term of the facilitate they have provides was amazing compare to other hotel in the same level of Hong Kong. Pro They have provide all you need for free rent also the hotel have a common area which provides freeze, microwave, water machine, washing machine and a little snack for you to purchase. I feel more like a homey style. The services mind was awesome. They response the msg faster then the app i booked, even though I arrived late night due to a flt delayed. The room is small as usual HK, however i they managed the space well. I think it is suitable for solo travel. The room for 2 is quite small for me. They provide shampoo, soap. Toothbrush, hairdryer, adaptor and etc.. you may ask if you need. The location is easy to access. It is right in from of mrt Tsim sha sui exit D and about 300 m walk from where the airport bus dropoff. The buiding is in walking distance with all the spot. Cons The only concern about this place is it isn’t sound proof. You will hear the hair dryer from the next room, however I requested the room away from elevator and they have put me at the end of corner which i was satisfied with it. Anyhow, the hotel provides the earplugs incase you need one. Also the elevator may look a bit like under maintenance, however it does work. Overall, I was satisfied which the place and I will definitely be back next time Thank you so much for the services mind
