Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Our room was full of ants, and we reported the problem to the staff. However, there was no effective response. We were told that having ants is normal in Ayia Napa, which was very disappointing to hear. We later stayed at another hotel in Ayia Napa that was cheaper, and we did not experience the same problem there. The condition of the room was also poor. We contacted the staff again and were told that the issue would be resolved, but unfortunately it remained until our last day. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel and I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves the rooms and the response to guests’ concerns.

The hotel’s location is amazing, it is close to everything. The rooms were cleaned every day, staff were friendly and the breakfast and dinner are definitely worth it - the food was delicious. The beach in front of the hotel is rocky and not the best, however there is a bus stop in front of the hotel and you can go to the best beaches in a very short time. Overall very satisfied with the hotel and facilities, would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the buffet food at the restaurant is very good, tasty and varied. The restaurant and bar staff are friendly and welcoming. The private pool in our room was clean and well maintained. However, there is not much of a warm welcome at reception, as the reception staff are not particularly friendly or smiley. The room cleaning could also be improved, as the rooms are not cleaned very thoroughly, although the towels are changed regularly.
