    Fabulous hotel in amazing location. Easy access from airport and train station. As easy as it can be in Venice at least. Spectacular large beautiful room . Truly felt like a palace. Breakfast was delicious and staff was wonderful. Could not think of a better place stay!!

    We stayed from September 6 -9. The location is perfect if you use the public transportation, there is a station just outside the door, if you do not walk back and forth from San Marco or Rialto Bridge or other shops it is very easy to move around Venice. It also allow access to other bus lines to go to Murano and Burano. If you do not want to walk or have difficulty walking it allows you to see Venice easily. You are a short walk to the shops and Restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

    We booked this hotel for 2 days. I read That this hotel gave people of color the bad rooms. I wanted to cancel but they refused. When we arrived we got the bad room. It was stink (septic smell), air conditioner wasn’t working, the hallway lights were broken . My husband had to use his phone flash light to use the key for the door. Horrible ! The nerve of them to give this room to anyone is mind blowing. Please stay way from room 211. Thanks for ruining our honeymoon night👎🏾The nerve to say it’s the smell of the mold just let the AC blow it out. I asked to change room and she said it was full. maybe tomorrow well I can’t lady I have a full day tour .I want my refund asap

    Tajul who works there made me hate that hotel . It was my nephew and I and my niece was visiting . He was so ridiculous about making sure she is not staying with us. He even called us and woke us up at 11 pm to make sure we are only 2 not 3 in the room. The rest of the staff were nice except him. He has the worst customer service ever.
