The elevator is broken, and looks like it has not worked in a very long time (possibly more than a year). The pool if filled in. The washing machine does not work. There is no AC. The photo is not accurate, it must have been taken ten years ago, because the place looks nothing like the photo. This looks like another hotel purchased by foreign owner who has never visited the place,

Hotel is being renovated soon and really needs it however for the price we paid and the location as well as the amazing view of Lake Tahoe (only tall structure near the lake) it was great

We spent a night at this hotel. The location was excellent with a great view of the Lake. But these are the drawbacks i have noted 1. Front desk staff availability is limited. 2. The elevator was not working when we were there and have to climb 5 levels with the luggage 3. The facility itself was not maintained properly. I see staircase were in a bad shape 4. Very limited parking 5. No air conditioning. Unfortunately the day we visited was very hot.
