PENSAO RESIDENCIAL FLORIDA

We are shocked that the room is very spacious. The bathroom is also big. Don't expect much that the place is polished. I dont know if they are under renovation or what but I can say that the building is old. Still, I didnt regret booking this accommodation. Very near Senado square and bus stops. Maybe the downside is they are asking for $100 MOP deposit . As a tourist who stay for 1 night only, I was shocked when they asked for a deposit because that is my budget for my stay in macao. I already bought souvenirs in HK so I have little budget for Macao. What if I had an early flight the next day? Then I wont be able to spend the cash around Senado square. Good thing our flight is at night so I got to spend it after checking out. Overall, this is a good place to stay. The elevator is fast and water is cheap here.

The location is excellent, walking to many places of interests conveniently, the receptionists are friendly and helpful,thanks a lot. It’s clean and quiet,there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby! It is worth staying here again!

Good location with tourist spots and bus stops just within walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. My only issue was that it was difficult to find at first! It's a few steps away from the road and since we arrived at night, it was easy to miss. There's is also no English signage. Other than that, this is great value! I recommend :D

Location is the ONLY good thing about it. Just a few steps away from Senado square and the Ruins. Despite the multiple no smoking signs pasted on the walls, the lobby, elevator, and hallway stinks of cigarettes. I had to hold my breath althroughout until we reach the room. It says "no smoking" but the room has a huge ashtray. The toilet was clean but there was a disgusting poo-like stench that won't go away, we're guessing coming from the pipes or exhaust. The bedsheet and towel have some brown stains. Not sure if cigarette burns or what, i don't want to find out. No refrigerator in the room. The air-conditioning is old (shell already turned yellow held together with duct tapes), it is slow to become cold, but once it does, it's really cold, so it works albeit slowly. They didn't refill the body wash before we checked in, so it was empty and we could only use the shampoo. The phone in the room doesn't have a dial tone, so you need to go downstairs if you need help from the reception. Thin walls, not soundproof, we could hear people talking from the other room. The staff is friendly and they allowed us to check in an hour earlier. 24 hours reception as well. They provided a roll of tissue, 2 disposable toothbrushes, and 2 combs. The shower has warm water. It's budget-friendly, pero sa iba nalang ako next time.
