Good and value for money. They have bigger unit for groups who wanna stay together right at the beachfront. Adding on, Paya Sea Sport Center by YangLing and Alan provides very good service for snorkeling and dives. From Jetty to Resort will sure walk pass.

We were welcomed warmly even though the check in was busy, we were very well looked after by Roberto . he was very attentive and always willing to go out of his way to assist us. we felt all the staff were very friendly.

Penginapan & Bilik: Dapat bilik depan kolam seperti yang diminta. Bilik kemas, TV berfingsi baik, dan tilam selesa. Cuma kebersihan bilik air perlu ditingkatkan kerana ada kesan kulat pada dinding. Nota: Air mineral botol besar di dalam bilik dikenakan caj RM5 (di luar ada dispenser percuma). Makanan & Restoran: Servis staf di restoran dan beach bar sangat mesra dan membantu (terutamanya staf nama Akash). Pilihan buffet dinner terbaik dan bervariasi siap ada kambing grill. Kaunter Aktiviti: Layanan staf di kaunter nama dia PENG utk aktiviti pada hari pertama amat mengecewakan dan tidak mesra pelanggan dan sgt BIADAP jawab acuh tak acuh mcm kita takde duit agknya👎. Mujur pada hari kedua dibantu oleh Kak Wani yang sangat profesional dan menerangkan pakej snorkeling dengan jelas. Lepastu abg bot nama Alvin ke Adwin sgt mmbantu masa snorkling siap minta gopro dia ambilkan ketika dia selam, bagus sangat 🫰🥰

I recently stayed at this resort for 4 nights at the Paya Resort beach villa. The room was pretty basic and it was very near the beachfront. View was nice from the balcony and it was nice to sit there when it wasn’t raining. Staff were helpful. That being said, for the price point, I didn’t find the room worth the money. It rained almost everyday when I was there so below were some issues i encountered . The toilet kept opening when there was strong winds and we couldn’t keep it closed so there would be the sound of the door moving at night. The shower is open-air above AND if it rains, I will be showering in the rain actually. The balcony is partially covered. So if I wish to sit on the balcony on a rainy day to have tea, I cannot, because it is not fully sheltered. Chairs and table all wet. Defeats the purpose of having a balcony. The deck chairs also felt a little unstable maybe due to wear and tear. They had like a bathtub on the balcony which was constantly filled with debris from outside, so we didn’t use it. Not a very practical design. Breakfast was free but same thing everyday for 4 days straight. The place itself is nice for R&R and they have activities if you wish to join. There are lots of cats and kittens running around the area, great for cat lovers. My main issue is the room because it’s design is impractical and it was really really not worth the price I paid.
