    We had a fantastic stay at Passa Hotel Bangkok and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. The hotel has a cozy, stylish, and unique ambiance that makes it feel warm and inviting. It’s a great place to relax after a full day of exploring the city. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, respectful, accommodating, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another huge plus. It’s easy to get around from the hotel, and the surrounding neighborhood is full of authentic Bangkok street food, especially in the evening. If you’re looking to experience local flavors without traveling far, this is a perfect spot. Breakfast was excellent. They offer a selection of plated breakfast options along with a continental buffet, giving guests plenty of variety. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was that the staff even asked if we would like a bag to pack some items from the continental buffet to take with us. It’s a small gesture, but it reflects the level of care and attention they give to their guests. Overall, Passa Hotel Bangkok exceeded our expectations. Between the welcoming atmosphere, outstanding service, delicious breakfast, and convenient location, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Bangkok!

    Has been notified about the major exterior construction prior to arrival and it stated noise expected from 10am however noise started at 8am for 2 consecutive days.  Very poor sound insulation.  Could hear door opened and door closed.  The worst was the loud live band claimed by the front desk that it was legally allowed to go on till midnight (!!!).  No ventilation in hot and stuffy bathroom (could hardly dry any washed laundry).  Fixtures already in wear and tear condition.  On last day, a group of staff were chitchat aloud at the front desk.  Does not worth  USD****+ stay
