Well my reservation didn't go through with agora but the staff was able to give me a discount that came close. But I got charged twice ,at the desk and through agora. Let's see if I can get refunded by agora shall we

I paid twice on my credit card for a room that the motel didn't have a record of. I finally paid cash because the motel was in the middle of the desert in Nevada and there aren't a lot of other options. I am currently dispute the charges for the 2 electronic charges. There is no customer service phone number available and the staff couldn't help because they didn't have a number. It was a horrible experience. I have been fighting to get my credit card charges credited.

Staff claims that Agoda / Booking fees are not applicable and charge THEIR own fees. Worn out furniture is not safe , cold showers disappointing.
