    The breakfast was good. Proteins as fruits and waffles. The staff was super friendly and attentive to your needs and concerns. The only issue we experienced was that the floor in our room felt sticky at the foot of the bed as if something had been spilled and either not cleaned up or a dirty mop had been used, The bed itself was very comfy and the hotel itself seemed clean and felt safe. Trailer parking is out on the side of the main road.

    Unfortunately cannot recommend - please stay elsewhere, even if for a small amount more expensive. I will say the staff was friendly and kind, but unfortunately the property was incredibly poorly kept. There was trash thrown around the property, outside the trash cans (overflowing), random buidling supplies and materials everywhere, dirty hallways with food containers, dirty towels that had been left outside the doors. Inside we found rat/mouse feces in the corner of our room, dirt and trash under the bed, crumbs, dirt, and other peoples hair in between our sheets, and the hotel room smelled awful, damp, and moldy. The bathroom was in disrepair with peeled paint and broken fixtures including something by the toilet, light fixture with two different colors and the other one blinking, and the tissue holder was broken. The bathroom tub was stuck plugged and could not open, so our shower water did not drain at our feet so instead we had to stand in used shower water until we were done showering. I would recommend management to do a huge overhaul on fixing the property and general overall cleanliness - especially when charging ***+ per night. That is not acceptable.
