Big and clean room, friendly staff, great location just right next to SM and near Gina’s seafood! Breakfast is good too!!!

Quite expensive but the location is very good. Very easy to shop at SM then just go back to my room then shop again. The staff were really nice

perfect and right in the mall.

Cleanliness: Very good FOOD: Good Overall: Poor While my first day was pleasant and without any issues, the events that followed raised concerns about communication, coordination, and guest service. On the second day of my stay, I opted to upgrade my room and specifically requested a king-bed room instead of a twin-bed room. However, I was surprised to learn that I had been assigned another room with twin beds. After I brought this to the attention of the front office team, I was informed that a king-bed room would be prepared and that I would receive a call once it was ready. Unfortunately, I waited for approximately five hours and did not receive any update. By the time it was past 7:00 PM when they reached out, my companion and I were already preparing to rest for the evening, so I decided not to proceed with the room transfer. On the third day, I was finally moved to a room with a king bed, which resolved the issue. On the fourth day, I decided to extend my stay and remain in the same room to avoid further inconvenience and to ensure I could keep the same bed I had originally requested. I informed the receptionist of my extension and told them to advised their hk w/c they acknowledged that housekeeping would be notified, (as they were expecting us to check out to clean the room) However, at around 1:00 PM, I received a call requesting the confirmation number for my extended booking Which I provided. Then, at approximately 2:00 PM, while I was working online, my Wi-Fi access was disconnected, the television service was interrupted, and a message appeared indicating that I was no longer a checked-in guest. I immediately contacted the Front Office and explained the situation, as well as the inconvenience it caused. To my surprise, approximately 15 minutes later, a member of the housekeeping team knocked on my door and asked whether I intended to extend my stay because they needed to prepare the room if I was checking out. This occurred despite my earlier communication with the reception team regarding my extension. These incidents suggest a lack of communication and coordination between the Front Office, Duty Managers, reception staff, and housekeeping. While I understand that operational issues can occur, I was disappointed by the repeated breakdowns in communication and the inconvenience they caused during my stay. I also felt that my concerns were not addressed with the level of accountability and professionalism that I would expect from a hospitality establishment. Unfortunately, these experiences significantly affected my confidence in the hotel's service standards. As a result, I decided to shorten my planned seven-day stay and check out after only four days to transfer to another hotel. The customer service was highly disappointing. There is a clear lack of communication from FO Manager Abellana down to the Duty Managers and reception staff. The management also displayed a boastful attitude and failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. A simple apology was not even offered despite being at fault, which reflects poorly on the establishment's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
