Papantonia Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Protaras! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we were treated with exceptional hospitality and kindness. A very special thank you to Andreas, the Director, for his professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for every guest. He always made sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcome. We would also like to thank Valentino and Dennis, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent service and positive attitude made our holiday even more enjoyable. A big thank you goes to Mr. Michalis, who was responsible for the kitchen. The food was outstanding every single day, with a great variety, excellent quality, and delicious flavors. His dedication was evident in every meal. We would also like to recognize all of the waiters and waitresses, who worked tirelessly from morning until night. They were constantly clearing tables, cleaning, serving guests with a smile, and ensuring everything was spotless. Their hard work and commitment did not go unnoticed. Finally, a special mention to Antonia, without a doubt one of the best waitresses we’ve ever met. She was always cheerful, attentive, professional, and incredibly caring. She made every meal a pleasure and truly made us feel at home. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Your dedication, warmth, and outstanding service are the reasons we will happily recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Protaras. We can’t wait to come back!

Very good family hotel,great location, friendly staff.

Papantonia hotel is a superb Hotel. Having stayed in numerous hotels across Cyprus, I can assure you that this is a real gem and is an absolute bargain for the money. There are better hotels, of course, but double or triple the cost! But are they really worth the extra cost? Staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was, to my surprise, very very good. It did not have the vast choice of some of the bigger hotels, but everything available was of great quality and taste and a good selection (and I am a very fussy eater). If I had feed back for the catering team, it would be to have more cereals and muesli available at breakfast times and the puddings do need to be improved. While all were tasty they were very repetitive day after day, there were no traditional Cypriot foods like Baklava or Halva, or any real change to the pudding menu for that matter. This was my only gripe and it is a very small one at that. Would I stay here again? 100% Yes.

It was perfect holiday. Great location. Excellent service, friendly stuff , delicious food. Rooms were clean every day. I will be back again. I can recommend
