    Weeks before my reservation, I had to cancel my entire trip to Greece. I sent two requests to management to refund my money, and if this was a good hotel, they certainly would have refunded me, knowing that another guest would avail of the room. Both times they refused to refund me whereas every other hotel and apartment I had reserved understand my situation and refunded me. This is due to very poor and greedy management at the Pan Hotel. I would never stay here nor would I recommend reserving here. There are so many better places to stay in Athens.

    Allocated a shoe box size semi basement room.. very dark with a window looking at a wall...the Wifi does not work at all. Not value for money given the price paid for the room allocated! Breakfast ok delicious little Spanakopita pies & yoghurt good... location perfect but could not recommend this place..
