The Apartment unit was clean, and while the building was adjacent ruin, the location was convenient in short walking distance to restaurants. The staff were nice and helpful particularly when we arrived and had some issues with the door luck. We were a bit disappointed that we did not get the upper unit as we requested months ago when made the reservation. The bed was stiff and woke up with a back pain every day. While I trust the unit was advertised unit with a balcony, there were no balcony to seat and have a coffee.
Overall we were happy with the apartment, location, cleanness and amenities . I recommend they would consider replacing the mattress.

Helped us hold onto our luggage days before our check-in even though they didn't have to. Daily cleaning service. Very spacious and comfortable apartment and amazing location. There's a laundry machine and you just need to ask them for detergent and a hanging rack.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment!
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect – everything we needed was within walking distance, including great restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and many of Athens’ main attractions.
A special thank you to the staff, who were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and places to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. They were always quick to respond and happy to help with any questions we had.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Athens!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you. We like the place too. They need to advertise that it is near the tram station and ask people to just take the tram there.
