    The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend it.

    Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. I booked a one-bedroom apartment with breakfast included. Upon arrival, I was shown several types of rooms and apartments, but later that evening I was assigned a lower-ground-floor apartment located next to the storage and laundry facilities, with the staff smoking area directly outside the entrance. This meant constant noise and cigarette smoke throughout my stay. The apartment itself was not in acceptable condition. The floor was covered in dust, the bathroom was extremely small, the toilet door was broken, the shower was damaged, and the bathroom lighting was so dim that it was difficult to see. I reported these issues to reception. The staff member I spoke with was polite and explained that no other rooms were available that night. I agreed to stay for one night on the understanding that I would be moved the following day to a room similar to the one I had been shown during check-in. He even went out to buy a new shower hose, which I fitted myself. Unfortunately, the next day no alternative room had been reserved for me. The explanation I received was that they had been waiting for me to come to reception, even though I had been in my room and at breakfast during the morning. To make matters worse, the hotel claimed that my booking did not include breakfast because the booking agent had not informed them. They tried to charge us €20 for breakfast, even though I had already paid only £8 for breakfast as part of my booking. Overall, I found the hotel to be unhelpful and unwilling to resolve the problems. I decided to check out early and moved to Cihangir Hotel, located in the building next door. The difference was remarkable—it was a much more pleasant and professional experience. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    A very bad experience. The staff are very friendly, but they do not do what you ask for. I asked them several times to clean the room, but they never responded. The room cleanliness was terrible. I booked the hotel with breakfast included. First of all, the breakfast is served at a café that is 4 minutes away from the hotel, which is not the main issue. The real problem is that the breakfast is supposed to be for two people, but in reality, it is not even enough for one person. You will not be able to sleep because of the street noise.
