Second stay in this hotel and it wont be my last, Nikki and Şahin were of great help, they bring so much life to your stay. The place is very clean, the proximity to everything is very helpful. Definetly my go to place to stay in Istanbul.

The location was great. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The towels were a bit old and you could hear the noise of other people on the next bedroom.

“We were a group of 8 people. Everyone’s rooms were extremely dirty, especially the bathrooms, where there were small insects. The windows in my room did not open and everything was covered in dust. The towels and bed linen are not changed; upon check-in, mine had blood stains on it. The hotel is quite neglected in terms of cleanliness.”
