    Our room was clean and spacious. The view on the image was deceiving -- partial view of the pyramids means pyramids can be seen from a corner of the balcony. The room itself was looking onto the motorway. Would have probably made a different booking if that was clear. The staff were good and the breakfast was good. The motorway is very loud at all times. We had no issues sleeping with the noise, but others might.

    The rooms are new... the front desk provides good service. The restaurant at the deck has good view of giza pyramid. Over all is good.

    There's nothing like landing in a foreign country and having zero bearings towards where to even start. The staff at Palacio were so incredibly helpful in any way they could. Honest, friendly and with a genuine desire to ensure your well taken care of - Thank you!
