    The room is spacious, very clean, equipped with complete toiletries, smart tv, basic snacks and drink (will have charges). You will be greeted with a pleasant eo smell upon entering reception. Recep is connected to a restaurant. Parking is ample, near to the hotel. Quite safe, id say. Location-wise is good, near rim khuen market. Attractions are not very far. Staffs are friendly but be reminded that you will need to pay a deposit of 1000baht by cash. No worries if you dont have it during check in, staff will accomodate. Like us, we didnt have cash. Staff informed us on a nearby money exchange (at a goldsmith store nearby) and told us that we can pay the deposit later. Overall a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommended!

    I stayed at Pacinn Narathiwat and was surprised by additional charges imposed for my children aged 12, 7, and 3, totaling 1,500 baht. There was no clear remark during booking that extra charges would apply for a room booked for 2 adults. In most hotels in Malaysia, bringing a small family is usually acceptable without significant additional fees, so this came as an unexpected cost. The hotel should clearly state in the Agoda app that extra charges will be imposed based on the number of guests, especially for children. The extra charge felt quite expensive, almost like paying for two rooms while we only stayed in one room. I hope the hotel can improve transparency regarding additional fees to avoid confusion for future guests.
