    Booked 2 rooms- end up taking another standard room- due to the thai lady at receptionist don’t allowed additional person in the room-but it’s ok- small matter- Alhamdulilah there is room available or she won’t budge to allow us to check in- also have to pay additional 100Baht for each person (2 person allowed in a room) yes small amount but the way she emphasizes it a bit provoking with no smile or polite ways- with a little English- luckily my hubby can spoke Thai- so the hassle has been resolved No smile after that when we passed at the reception- like we are not paying the stay- come on- be professional- don’t keep a grudge- you are a paying staff- we are ur paying customers not staying for free ok The 1st day- housekeeping without asking- no way to ask for it- no card that can put on the door to request a housekeeping or change towels The 2nd day- no housekeeping at all- no towel change or additional water bottles for the day-we back to the room at 3pm-not bother to face the smug face receptionist again to ask for housekeeping We check out after the 3rd night To be honest- the rooms are very clean, all new, big fridge- hot shower completed with soap & shampoo dispenser- no bar soap- toilet very clean- just a toothbrush sets, shower cap & earbuds provided- towels & hand towels given- aircon cool- water kettle & cups provided - all great This hotel is far away from any convenient shops or laundry- have to drive to get to the places- a lot of dogs at the area as this is a non muslim housing areas- no azan heard So im rather staying at Imperial or Tanyong or any other hotels closer to convenient places like 7E or Mini Big C We won'tbe back to this hotel- maybe it’s good for person don’t bother about what we are looking for- convenient places facilities & prefer muslim areas. For the staff- learn English coz that’s the common language will be use widely for tourist come to ur hotel and be professional handling matters- don’t kept grudges coz we are a paying customers not staying for free Definitely not going back to this hotel
