    It's a good place but the quality of breakfast can be improved alot

    Room refrigerator was dummy and not cooling at all. Staff response everytime was terrible. No hand towels in room. Food was hopeless whether breakfast buffet or in room served snacks, nothing served hot. Even tea was horrible. Not value for money.

    Most disappointing stay. Not sure if it was due to the holiday rush but everything from the hygiene of the rooms and washroom to the breakfast buffet was pathetic. We had to call 5 times to get the extra "bed" which turned out to be a mattress harder than stone, delivered to our room at 11 PM. Dirty linen, seepage on walls and screaming idiots in the corridor at midnight will make your stay worse. Also, there was jazz music playing in the corridors till late night for no reason making it impossible to have a peaceful sleep. Stay AWAY from this place. Location is the only good aspect.

    Hotel location is little far from city. Rooms are ok but you need to ask for everything. Shower gel, shampoo was empty when asked to refill they refill only gel and shampoo. Later I found there was no hand wash but they did not check. Even next day house keeping did not check and refill hand wash. Drinking water was not replenished next day after room was cleaned. Service is very slow with only 3-4 staff available. Breakfast was ok.
