Ozone Hill Resort

If you are looking for a getaway that combines natural beauty, top-tier comfort, and genuine warmth, this resort is an absolute gem. Our stay here was nothing short of magical, and every single aspect exceeded our expectations. The location of the property is its biggest highlight, offering stunning, scenic views that are an absolute treat to wake up to. The rooms and facilities are comparable to top-tier hotels and luxury resorts—impeccably clean, well-maintained, and beautifully curated for complete comfort. Dining here was a true highlight of the trip. A special shoutout to the cook, Umesh, whose food tasted like comforting, authentic home-cooked meals while easily competing with top hotel chains. The hospitality is truly exceptional. Special thanks to Umesh and Ajay for going above and beyond; their punctuality, dedication, and warm service made our entire stay seamless and memorable. Finally, meeting the owner, Taj, was a privilege. He is an exceptionally kind, welcoming, and down-to-earth person whose inspiring personality left a lasting, positive impression. From the views and food to the extraordinary service, everything was absolute perfection. Highly recommended!

The name “Resort” itself is quite deceptive. Calling this place a resort is like calling a tea stall a five-star restaurant! 😂 The staff were not exactly overflowing with warmth or friendliness. We booked two rooms, expecting them to be reasonably similar. Surprise! One room was bigger than the other—as if we had accidentally booked Economy and Business Class under the same reservation! 😄 Overall, a rather disappointing experience. The only thing that truly felt like a “resort” was our expectation… which was quickly sent on a permanent vacation! 😂

It is a normal place to stay with very small rooms. No other facilities.

Hotel Stay Review Although the property is marketed as a resort, it is essentially a hotel offering rooms rather than a full-fledged resort experience. There is no complimentary breakfast, and the hotel does not have an in-house kitchen or restaurant. Guests therefore have to order food from outside. I paid ₹4,350 per day for a balcony room, but unfortunately, I do not feel the stay was worth the price. Considering the facilities and services provided, the overall experience did not meet my expectations and was not good value for money.
