The place was FULL of cockroaches it was disgusting I have stayed in many similar condos and never had that before. The staff did not know what room or floor I was on and OYO never mentioned it. It was an effort to get the right information. There was no bathroom mats so getting out the shower was dangerous as it was slippery. The place stank of damp as well I would not recommend anyone stay there

Personally, it was hard to reach the owner or point of contact. Not responding on my query here in Agoda.
Feedback from my guest who stayed there.
Cons:
* The shower is not working. And no bucket or pail to use as alternative when taking a bath.
* There are small cockroaches throughout the unit.
* The TV is not fully functional.
* It took me hours to get inside the unit. I had to go back and forth between the reception and the unit twice just to access the smart lock. I was initially denied access twice and had the host to request a technician to update the smart lock before I could enter.
* There was no direct contact number for the host. Since the unit was booked through Agoda, communication had to go through a middleman, which made the process more difficult and time-consuming.
Pros:
* The room smells good.
* Good and decent furniture.
* Air conditioning works quite well.
* Kitchen is well-equipped.
* Wi-Fi connection is good.
Suggestions:
I strongly suggest thoroughly cleaning and pest-controlling the unit, as there were many cockroaches inside. This could be a health concern, especially since the kitchen utensils were openly displayed in the sink area, which is exposed to crawling pests.
It would also be helpful to provide a direct contact number for the host or a dedicated contact person. Having to go through a middleman just to communicate with the host was inconvenient, especially when there were issues with accessing the unit.
