    We have not stayed in the hotel because of changed of plan but the staff were so easy to communicate with. I sent an email asking about the situation in the location as what shown in the news (flash floods), and the staff communicated very well — even sent a picture of the street. I was so happy to know that everything is okay. I will choose Otel Yenikapi the next time I will travel to Istanbul.

    Advantages 1- Friendly staff, especially Alex and AmirAllah. 2- Excellent location, close to bus and metro stations. 3- Good value for money Disadvantages 1- The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. Even after I reported it and housekeeping cleaned it, the smell remained, so I had to clean it myself. 2- We had a problem at night during the last 4 days of our stay as 2 new Guests occupied the room next to ours and were always loud late at night, talking and laughing and disturbing our sleep. Although we raised the issue with reception, and they asked the guests to keep their voices down, the noise continued. As a result, I was unable to sleep properly for around four nights. The hotel should have handled the situation more effectively.

    Last floor has no lift, you need to go to level 5 by lift then you have to carry your heavy luggage 2 stairs. The room is very small, there is no space to place your bags, the floor was dirty, the bathroom has no closed shower, the water will be floating everywhere..location is good, staff are nice.
