    We recently stayed at Onyour Dreams Belek and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing. The problems started right at check-in. We had to change rooms several times. First, we were given a room that was clearly already occupied, as there were other guests’ belongings inside. Then we were moved to another room, but it was dirty and obviously already used. Photos are attached. Only on the third attempt did we receive a somewhat acceptable room. The room itself is very strangely designed. The shower cabin is extremely small — my boyfriend could barely fit inside it. The light switches are placed directly behind the bed, so whenever we moved on the bed the lights kept turning on and off. This is very inconvenient and clearly poorly thought out. Another absurd situation happened with the balcony. Our room was on the ground floor, and one evening someone simply placed construction plastic on our balcony as if it were a storage area. While we are staying in the room, the hotel staff are using our balcony to store construction materials. This is completely unacceptable. In addition, renovation work is still ongoing in the hotel, and we were not informed about this in advance. And the final surprise was breakfast. In the morning there was no regular Turkish tea available. In Turkey! That was quite shocking. Overall, it felt like the hotel is simply not ready to receive guests. We are very disappointed with our stay.
