    Clean with good facility. Value for money. Cons = the road to get there is uphill. No elevator. We got the 4th floor room. Overall is good stay

    Don't recommend. No aircon until summer (June). Room is stuffy and hot during the day. No fan. Request for fan via email and WhatsApp was ignored. Had to keep 2 small windows opened the whole time for ventilation but as the unit is next to a road going uphill to the Namsan, it was noisy with lots of vehicles stepping on accelerators to climb the hill and many tourists laughing and talking the whole day. Unfortunately a construction is facing our window less than 10m away so the construction noise and workers talking and screaming at each other was there the whole day. They started work before 630 am daily and late into the midnight. Drilling knocking noise was very loud. With the lack of aircon and all these noise it was uninhabitable . We asked for a fan at least but was ignored. We stayed for 10 days and all paid upfront and unrefundable. All these were not revealed at booking. The toilet has both shower (broken) and toilet bowl and without any partition or curtain. The toilet was always wet . Very unpleasant. No house keeping. The toilet choked and flooded. We had to throw rubbish ourselves and clear the choke. The unit is unmanned , no lift and you have to drag your luggage from Myeongdong station for 15 mins up a hill and up 3 flights of stairs. Unsuitable for people who have heavy luggages or are immobile. The hill is steep. The bed has no support. Woke up to bad back and shoulder aches. Couldn't sleep the whole night with the noise. The block of flats is very close to buildings across the road and next to us. As such without the aircon and windows all opened we had no privacy. The blinds are not exactly opaque. Anyone can look into our unit. Nothing downstairs except a convenience stall and a small coffee house. You have to walk to the subway station for restaurants and coffee. Not recommended at all. Book elsewhere. Nearer the station and more convenient. With aircon. Our holiday was ruined.
