    Stinky hallways, elevators not working, light inside the room not working. Toilet flush not working, i booked a quadruple room and still would not be able to checkin at 1 pm without paying an extra 8€. No sorry but I do not recommend this place.

    Location: GREAT. It’s in the heart of Prague. Staff: Friendly, supportive. Facility: This is the problem. There are some really simple things that can improve customers experience but they don’t do it. The Good: Overall, it’s an old building, with solid locking system. You got your own locker so it’s good and secure. The Bad: - Broken light at the corridor - Two bath rooms, one doesn’t have the clothes hanger, one does but it’s tiny and useless. Can’t hang my clothes and towel on it properly. This is freaking simple, just replace it. - extremely limited space for a bathroom. No place inside the showering booth to put shower gel and shampoo. So each time you want to use them, you have to open the showering booth and take them. It’s not a huge deal but still annoying. - there’s something wrong with the toilet. It kept flushing continuously since the first day I arrived.
