This was our second time staying at Oceans One. The first room we were given the balcony did not have a lock on the door and the lights in the kitchen did not work. The wonderful staff changed our room and the bathroom sink drain was stuck so it took the water 10 minutes to drain after each use. Asked for maintenance and no one ever came. There was only one lamp in the bedroom. The bathroom ceiling was cracking and had mold around the vent as well as over the shower. The cabinet wood was chipped off and there was not a hair dryer in the room. The chair in the living room had a big rip in the arm and there was no covers for the pull out bed. The top of the refrigerator was filthy and when you open the freezer door the top of the door had trash and mold. It’s a nice place to stay but needs a deep cleaning, new furniture and a paint job. This was room 1007.
