    Great Chinese restaurants nearby. That's the greatest attribute of this hotel. Another one is the ocean view as the name itself suggests, not from your room, from the adjoining restaurant dinner area.

    So far, the stay has been good. Everything is near (KFC, Petrol station, Mr DIY, 24H Mamak Restaurant, Car Wash, breakfast stalls, etc.). The unit includes a complete family room with a kitchen equipped with an induction stove and sink, and the overall cleanliness is satisfactory. However, there are several issues to highlight: 1) There was a water disruption on the second day, which required me to use a public toilet. 2) Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, as it is shared with restaurant customers. 3) Despite informing the receptionist not to enter the room, it was still accessed. This raises concerns, as I have valuable personal belongings inside. 4) The family room feels quite small due to the large wardrobe, kitchen sink, two-door fridge, and office table occupying much of the space. 5)The air conditioner appears to require servicing. Even when set to 16°C at full power, the room remains warm, especially during hot days.
