    Very good location as there is a direct Malaliner bus from Kota Tinggi bus terminal and ends at Sungai Rengit Terminal, which is just in front of this hotel. There is only one lady receptionist but she is not always at the hotel counter. She is cheerful, helpful and will attends to your needs. Cleanliness and facilities are still acceptable, except toilet bowl has some stains. Suitable for short stay one or two nights.
