If you want to stay close to nature and the sea, listening to the sea waves and nothing else, enjoying the sea view and sunset with utmost privacy, it is a place for you. I would like to first discuss the pros of my stay.
1. The location, surroundings, view, room decor, and tranquility are the USP of this property.
2. They helped us with our luggage as our driver dropped us on the main road (but after quite a discussion). However, the check-in service was very smooth. And they offered us the welcome drinks very promptly as we had to walk from the main road to reach the property. It felt very welcoming.
3. The room service for food and drinks was also very prompt. They are very courteous and respect guests' privacy.
4. I went through reviews before booking the property and had mixed overview. On that note, they have really given thoughts about the guests feedback. As many people has complained on breakfast choices and portion previously, personally I have felt the breakfast was really wholesome, 2 choice of plates and a fruit bowl or juice, along with a hot beverage. However, previously people have mentioned that they serve breakfast in the room, even in the jacuzzi. Now this service is chargeable and was not available, as it was off season (We travelled in may end).
5. After check out we were not able to get cab through goa miles. The reception arrange the cab for us even after not informing beforehand.
Now I would like to mention a few cons too.
1. All the bathroom amenities were there except for shampoo. We informed the reception, but didn't receive it.
2. The room was very spotless, but the jacuzzi room was not that clean, may be becuase it is an open-air room. The lady who helped us with the jacuzzi cleaned it before we used it as we asked.
3. Food was way pricy especially compared to the taste and portion.
4. It is a remote place. Without the property's help it is difficult to get a cab, hence have to pay a high charge. Can't exactly blame the property. This is trouble in allover Goa, especially in high end properties.

If you’re seeking a relaxed, peaceful vacation away from the crowd, this is your place to be. It offers some stunning views right from the comfort of your bed. The staff is also very warm and welcoming. Strongly recommend the place in if you have your own conveyance.
