I stayed there for one night. And location is quiet good. Just few mins from agonda beach, ample food spots nearby, great parking. The best part was Sitaram ji. He is really hard working, and does everything to help you. He resolves problems like a genie and is very humble. Cleanliness of the cottages is bit bad. They should deep clean the cottages weekly at least n AC is lil slow, blankets are old. Otherwise good stay.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained, and the property has a charming vintage look. Its location near the main road makes traveling very convenient. Food is also available at reasonable rates.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the property is not directly attached to the beach—you need to cross the road and walk through one of the restaurants to reach it. However, if you’re looking for a place from where you can easily travel to other locations by vehicle, this is an ideal option.

We recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. While the location was convenient, the overall service and cleanliness did not meet our expectations. The room was not properly maintained, and we faced a few issues that were not resolved promptly despite informing the staff.
The staff response was slow, and communication could have been much better. Basic amenities were either missing or not in proper working condition, which made our stay uncomfortable.
We genuinely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their services for future guests. Based on our experience, we were quite disappointed. They didn't even provide water which is included in our booking!!
