We traveled around Europe for two weeks, and this was by far our favorite place to stay. If you value your privacy and want to spend a quiet, peaceful time with your travel companions, this is the perfect place.
This apartment-style hotel was incredibly spacious and roomy, so I felt completely comfortable throughout my stay. Since everything was brand new, the facilities were in top-notch condition, and the entire place was sparkling clean. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to get a good night's rest. Everything about it was fantastic.
"A few minor downsides..."
It was a bit of a hassle having to install two different apps. Also, the instruction manual was a little difficult to understand at first. Fortunately, the in-app chat support worked great and responded quickly, which helped me figure everything out.
"Overall"
The quality of the accommodation was so outstanding that these minor inconveniences didn't ruin my experience at all. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Very pleasant stay but wished that the washing machine could have located in-room instead.
Not a deal breaker but otherwise the room is of good size and the cleanliness is top-notch.

Really love the design of the interior! The whole digital check in and check out was easy. It was a pleasant stay and we really enjoyed ourselves! Location wise, Naschmarkt & shopping street are withing walking distance

I was traveling with my diabetic medication and I left it at the refrigerator. Just two hours or so after check-out, i tried to contact them on whatsapp as they are “digital only” and apparently the response is not as fast as before we check-in! Plus they said that the medication is no where to be found were it was just in the refrigerator because it needs to be in a cool place. So honestly i don’t know with that because it was actually ozempic for my type 2 diabetes but we all know how popular the ozempic is now and how hard tk get it for the non-diabetic patients. I highly doubt they did not see it or maybe the next occupants were the one who took it. Either, for sure there was someone who took it and it’s definitely the next person who went to our room (11/8) after we left for checkout! Because of this, i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
