Located in Trastevere, away from the chaos and danger of Roma Termini area. This area is in proximity to the Colosseo/Roman Forum and you can take Tram 8 to Piazza de Venezia. The place is as advertised, and their app works customer support works well. There is a supermarket (Todis) just a few steps away and a Pizzeria (Laboratorio Pizza Artigianale) that serves really good pizza, arancini and fried veggies. We ordered from the place 3x during our stay. it was that good! Our family of 4 enjoyed staying at Numa Rome Verso and would stay here again in a hearbeat.

I should’ve got the hint that ear plugs placed by my bed were a sign of things to come. We were woken up at 330am by people setting up for a massive flea market outside our balcony and arguing about who knows what. Not a great way to spend a vacation. This only happened 1/2 nights we stayed there and I imagine it’s not too frequent. However, make sure you know if/when this happens. Aside from that it was pretty comfortable and clean. We also did not get the digital check in instructions and spent an hour on the phone trying to check in and get our PIN. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The apartment was fully equipped, which allows for comfort even for a longer stay. My only complaint is that the sofa bed was not comfortable, so I do not recommend it for a family. Additionally, more hygiene should be paid to the bathroom, which had a lot of hair from previous guests.

There were a few things about this apartment I didn’t like. The apartment managers messaged me through whats app and even texted check in details there. I don’t have whats app so the day of check in 2 hours before check in I was still waiting for instructions. It was a complicated system for anyone just wanting to literally check in at a desk and get told which room. Not what you want ti deal with when you are jet lagged having to make phone calls to ask why you aren’t receiving details. I had to get them sent to my other parties whats app. The staff were helpful with this. The hotel wasn’t as clean as what other reviews have said. The windows had hand prints on them and the fridge had left over food in it. The floor made my feet black after walking around for 5 minutes and didn’t feel clean at all. Great for a washing machine and small kitchenette. Super market on the corner and down the street. Not central to any of the sights. Took about an hour of walking and sometimes multiple buses. It was a quiet area and some nice restaurants. It is a cheaper accomodation and not luxury at all. It was nice to have space and not be crammed in a small hotel room.
