Starting with the positives, the apartment was large with good facilities for cooking/washing and a well equipped covered bbq area meaning we could use even when raining. The pool was decent though not huge. Free car parking and near a bus stop into town. HOWEVER, the standards of cleanliness were appalling. On arrival there was a dead bug and dead frog in the apartment. The bedding was severely stained in multiple areas. The walls were dirty and the floors had not been cleaned/hoovered. The apartment was old and shabby, kitchen cupboards were falling apart and every single appliance was rusted. No AC in the bedroom and the bed was very cheap and uncomfortable with scratchy horrible bedding. For the price we paid, it was significantly below par. When we raised the cleanliness issues someone did sort some of them the following day, but we were not offered any sort of compensation for the state is was in and generally a full renovation is long overdue. It is described online as ‘modern’, which it certainly is not.
