    GREAT VIEWS, THE DORM BUNGALOWS ARE AMAZING, LOCATION IS PRETTY GOOD, BIT OF A WALK FROM THE MAIN PORT BUT BETTER THAN THE BOUNCE AND SUMMER HOUSE IN MY OPINION

    It's like a small beach village (this hostel.) Small quiet beach on your doorstep, sumptuous foliage all around. Can hear the rolling surf from your dorm. Decent size property, good entertainment programme with social activities near the bar most nights. Licensed premises with bar offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. Looks slightly pricey. But I had the dirty loaded fries which I eould highly recommend. Well worth 15 bucks. Delicious and large portion. A well maintained swimming pool and very comfy bunk bed. Hot showers and clean toilets aplenty. Basic functional kitchen and food storage space. I think a fridge needs fixing and some cooktop hobs, but whilst its not too busy, that's okay. No storage locker in my six bed dorm, however its down season so I am the sole occupant and there is lots of floor space for my suitcase etc so not an issue. But when the rooms full? Friendly and helpful staff with good knowledge of the local area. Handy bus service timetables displayed near reception. Just a short walk (15 mins) into Nelly Bay, and about 10 or 15 into Picnic Bay. Would just returned for the idyllic setting and ample space to lounge around outside at the property/meet new people.

    Felt less like a backpackers location and more of a resort with the large bar and pool area, however it was still pretty social with events happening every night
