    Propert itself is getting old , many things needs an upgrade asap. Especially handles of wardrobes and draws , tv phone like all minute things they miss. The rooms are showing its age. Need a refurbishment and food was just okay. And air-conditioning was too loud and no ceiling fan in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

    Nila Palace fell short of expectations in many areas, food, amenities, rooms, etc. Hotel under mgt change and many things are still works in progress. There has to be a big change to make this hotel to be of an acceptable standard.
