We booked the hotel which is nearby. But when we arrived, the owner told they are fully booked and no support. So, we instantly have to book a new hotel and we found out this. The owner, the girl, is really kind-hearted. She helped for everything we needed. We’ll choose this hotel again when we visit to sapa

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The owner was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, which really made the experience more personal and enjoyable. You can feel the warm hospitality, and they are always willing to assist with anything you need. The room itself was comfortable and suitable for the price. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a simple and cozy place to stay in Sapa. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so if your room is on a higher floor (like the 4th floor), it can be quite tiring to go up and down—especially with luggage. Overall, it’s still a great place to stay thanks to the amazing hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers.
