【Owner's Hospitality】
-Grateful to the owner, Mr. Sayed.
-The room was upgraded to one with a garden view.
-Even though checkout was at 12 PM, we requested an extension to 1 PM, and he let us stay until the evening for free.
【Facilities and Services】
-Dinner was delicious, especially the bread and vegetable soup, which we had seconds of.
-Great location.
-The room was clean, with strong water pressure in the shower and hot water.
【Staff Service】
-All the staff were kind and polite.
-When booking a tour, Mr. Sayed arranged a trustworthy driver and informed us of the cost in advance, so no extra fees were needed.
【Support】
-Whenever we had concerns, Mr.Sayed resolved them quickly.
-When we couldn’t find a taxi, he personally came to pick us up.
-After returning to Cairo, he still checked on us via messages to make sure we were okay.
【Impressions】
- Mr.Sayed is like a "Papa of Luxor".
If you want a safe and comfortable trip, you should definitely stay here.
We are determined to stay here again next time.

This was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. Fabulous location for the sights, lovely rooms, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Particularly Hani and the waiter whose dancing we loved seeing on the owners phone! Wonderful.
