The facility was beautifully decorated and clean. The facility smelled delightful as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.Even the the other guess were nice and friendly.We met a great couple that had just drove in from Indiana. I will definitely be back for another staycation

This hotel is right on the water and is located south of the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach. However, it didn't feel as safe there. Our balcony had a great view of the water, but also a view of the motel next door where people must live. The reception area looked nice. The hotel was very clean. But the rooms could use some updating. Some updates that were done weren't done well (ex, big spaces around the power outlet plate). The main bedroom area looks like it's been done in the past 10 years. But the bathroom needs updating. The "coffee bar" is just a pot of coffee and pot of hot water for tea. Don't expect to get fancy drinks there every morning. The pool is pretty small. But there is a lot of space to lounge. With some more updating and something to offer more for breakfast in the coffee bar area, this could be a great hotel.
