perfect for enjoying the beach, and the condo's amenities. great time relaxing and taking in the ocean views.

The view, the beds, extended it from the Room

Had no towels to the pool, the bathroom carpet lacked replacement.

Property was located near many shops, restaurants & a few grocers

Host was hospitable & responded promptly. Host recommended area restaurants, which was appreciated. When I asked about laundry facilities, host couldn’t provide accurate info & I was left to figure it out on my own. Main entryway was pretty nice, but the same aesthetic could NOT be found throughout the entire building. Unit was mediocre at best. I always do a quick Clorox wipe down of high touch surfaces before settling in when I stay away from home and was pleased that surfaces were clean. The unit had a weird, musky odor drowned out by disinfectant spray. Security is needed on site as we encountered sketchy people inside the lobby and immediately outside the front entrance. Beds were surprisingly comfy - no complaints! Kitchen area provided enough space and utensils for small, quick meals (eggs & bacon; toasted sandwiches; maybe a chicken breast or steak if you’re feeling fancy). The bathroom toilet seat was obviously stained and well past its lifespan- this is a minimal investment that could make a significant improvement. Photos of the unit were photoshopped rather heavily. The unit was apparently partially renovated with the bathroom being grossly overlooked. While the hallways are not part of the unit, they are the only way to & from the unit. While I can appreciate that renos were underway, the hallways were creepy, rundown, dingy & smelled of stale smoke, moisture and poor ventilation. Two guest washers and a handful of dryers in the building, of which most of the dryers were out of service and one washer was out of service. Unsure how many short term rental units are in the building, but you’ve got almost no chance at washing on site. Fortunately the building is centrally located and there were a few laundromats nearby. Beach chairs and towels provided by host are a nice amenity, though we didn’t need or use the chairs.
