Napolean below standard i would expect from Four star hotel. We arrived by train ,arrived at hotel at approx 8 45pm As soon as we arrived ,reception told us that because hotel was quiet , restaurant was closed. And no breakfast for first three days of our four day stay. She offered us a rebate of 50,000, approx $3 Aussie , per oerdon per day. OR stay one night abd check out next day and request refund BUT SADLY i had paid in advance and therefore could not get refund from Agoda OR hotel. So we opted to stay wuthout breakfast. Lobby is not airconditioned abdcafter a ten hour train journey we all felt hot and tired. Rooms have NO hand towels. We booked two identical rooms, one for a couple and one for our Vietnamese friend. Rooms were not identical . One had a king size bed ,shower and bath, other only shower but king bed and single bed. Receotipn staff (1) Was not sympathetic.. The hotel should have informed us prior to check in to tell us no restaurant We would never ever book this hotel again.
