Staff keep insisted we only book 1 room，but we actually paid for 2 rooms in single booking.

But this hotel as was close to the train station and I was travelling from Saigon and just wanted to get off the train and check in somewhere close by and this was a 10 minute walk. Overall for the cost the room was fine AC worked well, bed was comfortable enough, shower was warm however soundproofing wasn't great, could hear a lot of noise through the door to the small balcony, old style windows did not help either but my main issue was the wifi, was completely unstable on the 4th floor. I put up with it due to the price of the room, housekeeping were very enthusiastic would come around 11am to give the room a quick clean. Speaking of clean the mini fridge was a bit grubby I didn't use it for anything other than chill cold sealed drinks wrapped in plastic bags.

This has got to be the best value budget room I’ve stayed. The room I had had a queen bed, a single bed 2 chairs, kettle table, dryer TV, cupboard and 3 chairs...super spacious and comfortable. Thecstaff are nice and always provided extra water (hung outside door handle) even when I placed do notvdisturbe hotel. The only criticism is internet was not thevfastest experience on 9th floor but I hot plenty mobile data. Will definitely stay again this hotel...Full Housevfor sure...what great value, space and comfort for value price!!

According to the corner shop next door, this business has been closed all year and likely was shut when I booked my stay. They have taken our money, we were left stranded on arrival, had to book another hotel and have yet to be refunded. (Review written 3 days later after getting an afternoon to catch up.)
