Beautiful location and fabulous quality meals and superb breakfast.

We have been here many times & this time we’re disappointed at how shabby it looked. Our room had only one tap working in the bathroom & no shower curtain. Bed was uncomfortable & you could feel the springs. The room was located on ground floor at the very end & we could hear the wheelie bins being moved quite early in the mornings outside our window. The pool & jacuzzi looked tired & there were a lot of broken tiles that I caught my foot on - also the tiles around the pool were very slippery & dangerous. Changing rooms & showers were dirty & infact, the water from the lady showering next to me was running into mine. Massage was amazing & so were the breakfasts but very dissapointed with the evening meal which was very overpriced & came away still feeling hungry. I’m sure if the Nant Ddu was given a make over with both the pool & bedrooms, it would make a big difference. We will certainly go back because of its location, but hopefully they will take these comments onboard & sort out the negatives.

Beautiful location and friendly staff. This was the first time we have had a room with only a bath and no shower. Apparently, receptionist says , if you want a shower facility, you need to book a superior room. Further frustration was that there was obviously a water leak somewhere as the bathroom floor was like a constant paddling pool. Shame really as other aspects of hotel were great.
