I booked this hotel for 3 nights and honestly this is the best affordable hotel in Saigon. I've been to Saigon multiple times already, but their service is good. The staff were very attentive and helpful, room is clean and spotless. They upgraded our room, and put a happy birthday signage because I mentioned it is my mother's birthday. They were very nice, I've met two receptionist at the time of our stay, and the other one is very helpful, she even got us a weighing scale to help us weigh our airport luggage making sure we do not overpack. Highly recommended because of that lady. I was not able to get her name, but it is the lady who provided us the weighing scale who has been helpful not just in one scenario. but almost our entire stay

Price is ok, location is ok if you don't mind staying along the same street as some wet market stalls (I don't mind). But when I don't hang the "Makeup Room" tag, the staff won't come. And even when they come, they only changed the towels and gave new drinking water. No makeup of beds or cleaning of the floor. The room is big but the toilet is small and does not have glass walls for the shower, so the floor is often flooded and wet after bathing. Staff looked like the neighbours next door. Conclusion is, if you have a tight budget and needs to stay a night, it is ok. Anything longer, maybe not.
