We had a king room with balcony which was decent but the photo of the king room we thought we booked doesn't seem to exist. When you see the building it seems impossible to have a room with as many windows as the photo shows since the building is between other buildings which means Windows can only be on one wall not a corner like the photo shows. Location is good and the area is quiet at night. There are coffee shops and other little shops on the same alley as the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, 4 rooms booked, we are told rooms not available. Instead tried to move us to their sister property for an big extra chargevper night. When we insisted bkg was confirmed and asked for them to take responsibility, the owners reply was our bkg is not yet paid, so they will not be responsible. To clarify, our bkgs were made on Agoda with terms stating pay at property when check in and guaranteed by credit card.
We were left in a lurch and had to play nice with the owner, which is uncalled for in any situation.
The owner eventually agreed to move us to their sister property which is at the heart of night life walking street without an extra charge. This new property however, was super noisy due to it being a bar street and which we wanted to avoid when planning the trip, but in this case had to swallow a bitter alternative just to ensure an entire trip did not turn into a nightmare at the start.
Let the buyer beware.
