    We booked a singele double bed room from agoda upon arrival at the hotel we se that they have given use twin bed rooom. When requested to change the room to single bed the receptionist charged me extra & when i told him I have booked for single bed room he denied.

    The chef and kitchen is not good no no restaurant inside. hotel room was good neat and tidy . roof top is good but they aren’t using it no lift in the hotel exta bed was also not good

    I booked and paid for two nights. We arrived from the airport at around 1am, only to find a room that smelled extremely stale, with a horrible sewage/gutter smell coming from the bathroom. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained and appeared unclean, and even the towels were dirty. The sewage smell became even worse overnight. The conditions were so unpleasant that I decided to check out the very next day. I contacted the property and requested a refund for the second night, which we would not be using. Instead of addressing the problem, they simply stopped responding to me. For the amount this property charges, these conditions are completely unacceptable. Being in Mumbai is absolutely no excuse for poor hygiene, stained bedding, dirty towels and a bathroom smelling of sewage. I genuinely cannot understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews based on the room I was given. My experience was completely different. I have travelled extensively and this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have had. I believe Agoda and other booking platforms should seriously investigate the hygiene standards and complaints relating to this property. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
